My Profile

I am an accomplished Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, and Consultant with more than 30 years of success in both government and private sectors. Leveraging extensive experience in labor legislation administration, I have valuable knowledge in the healthcare sector, labor, communications, insurance, and technology. My broad areas of expertise include labor laws, government contracts, service contracts, management, business planning, taxes, accounting, and negotiations between opposing parties.

Being a high profile leader comes natural to me. I know how essential it is to work fairly, demonstrating a man with integrity, competence and independence.I have dedicated my life to fighting as the voice for the voiceless, weak and vulnerable ones of our society. In 1995, I founded a non-profit organization called Point of Light Counseling Services, Inc., in Lake Worth. Since then the name has been changed to For the Children, Inc.

As you can see on my 34 important issues page, I exist to assist normal working class people and those much less fortunate. I have the receipts!

I grew up in abject poverty and know full well what it’s like to look at the world through the eyes of someone at the very bottom. The years 1967 through 1970 defined my whole existence. I grew up rather quickly due to harsh situations and conditions in early my life. My difficult childhood provided the basis for a life dedicated to providing a hand up from poverty to as many people as possible.

In 1983, I joined the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor and served as a Federal Investigator and Compliance Officer for 22 years. For the last three years of my tenure with the Department, I served as the Assistant Director. During this period, I managed to improve the departments productivity by 300% and decreased absenteeism by 75% during.

Moving into present day with my profile, I am the founder of Employment Business Solutions, Inc., a labor consulting firm which I currently still operate. My company works with small to mid-sized companies that are being audited by the government and our aim is to assist them during negotiations.

Aside from that I was also the President of the Democratic Progressive Caucus of Palm Beach County but, have recently stepped down to allow time to concentrate on the coming special election in 2021.
